Implementation Specialist (Malta Based)

Reports to: Implementation Project Manager

Job Description:

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the technical solution for each implementation. This includes  a range of implementation activities including understanding the customer’s business processes, mapping them to Idox Health product functionality, the configuration of Idox Health products and delivering training to the user community to ensure that the customer is best positioned to achieve the business benefit envisaged through the use of Idox Health products.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements as necessary and apply detailed working knowledge of Idox Health’s products and features to support the customer’s business processes;
  • Create configuration documents for setup in Idox Health’s products and train clients appropriately;
  • Recommend implementation of features and functions where appropriate;
  • Report enhancement requests and issues on behalf of the customer;
  • Work with Implementation Project Managers to establish cost and time estimates for implementation;
  • Assist with identification of risks, and with development of mitigation or avoidance plans;
  • Carry out implementation activities in line with standard implementation processes that lead to Go Live of Idox Health products in customer production environments.
  • Provide post-go live support.
  • Produce necessary documentation and handover implementation to the Support Team.
  • Train/Coach less experienced Implementation Specialists and internal resources including support staff.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Proven business analysis and process workflow design skills;
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
  • Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines;
  • Proven problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff;
  • Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively towards customer deliverables;
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor;
  • Aptitude for data analysis and reporting;
  • Energy, drive and a passion for delivering true business value.
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Overseas travel
