General Office Assistant (Malta Based)

Reporting to: Procurement Executive

We are seeking a self-driven and detail oriented General Office Assistant to join our Operations Team. The role’s responsibilities entail:

Property Management:

  • Scheduling and organising of maintenance and repairs as required,
  • Ensuring that the business’ property is maintained in a safe and hygienic working order,
  • Any other business requirements

Hardware Logistics and Stock Management:

  • Responsible for the storage and handling of company hardware and effective recording of all incoming and outgoing stock,
  • Preparing hardware shipments along with all relevant paperwork and documentation,
  • Assisting with the un/loading of inventory,
  • Conducting weekly business errands as required,
  • Printing and preparation of tags  

Skills and requirements: 

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • In possession of a valid category B drivers’ licence
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Results oriented and able to think creatively
  • Self-driven and loves a hands-on work environment
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Strong problem solving skills and motivated to learn
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
