User Groups

At Idox Health we appreciate that the input from our clients and subject matter experts is a constant requirement to keep our products valid in change predisposed environments.

One of our key solutions to this challenge is the establishment of regular meetings with those individuals who can give input to the products’ current and future development. The User Groups are key to our process of requirement identification and prioritising of new functionalities of each product. The User Groups provide a hands on feeling to Idox Health as to the reception the product is receiving and can guide us to improve all other aspects of the product including: the product implementation process, usability, workflow as well as product reliability and robustness.

The key objectives of the User Group Process are:

  1. Building a strong user community
  2. Provide a soundboard for clients
  3. Identify and prioritise new requirements
  4. Dissemination of product status and future development
